I find beauty in the intersection of things. Art, Wellness, Tech, Education, Fashion, & Faith are not separate entities in my world; each explains the other to me.
I recovered
from the memory of abusive words, manipulative kindness, low self- esteem, sexual assaults and body-shame and won over the last 14 years.
I escaped
the pressure to be intelligent in only one way, be an expert of everything, drink my voice to show humility and occupy less space. I am enjoying it here.
I evolved
as I went: physics teacher, podcaster, sex therapist, techie, stylist, skincare formulator, author, dating coach; my life is a creative experiment of possibilities.
You will often hear me say “the tools of my trade are not for marketing or manipulation”. It means that although I am skilled at things that can influence you, I will not sell you what you do not need and I will not arm twist you into doing what you do not want.
