My Journey

I swam through

the river of discord to find unity.

I swam through

the lake of doubt to find faith.

I swam through

oceans of fear to find courage.

I climbed mountains

of pain to discover relief.

I climbed steep hills

of failure to comprehend success.

I entered caves

of depression to unveil joy.

I entered valleys

of hatred to realize love.

I went to battle

I, Me and Myself.

I got wounds and scars

but alas, I triumph!

Every wound a proof of battle

Every scar a sign of victory.
