Where there is any inconsistency, the programme-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that programme only.

4. No Guarantee of Acceptance or Outcomes

We reserve the absolute discretion to accept, reject, or discontinue any application or participation.

Completion of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Participation in any programme does not guarantee:

• A successful match;
• A specific outcome;
• Personal, relational, financial, or professional results.

All Services are provided on a discretionary and best-efforts basis.

Participation in any programme, including matchmaking initiatives, is voluntary. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your decisions, interactions, and personal safety.

You assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, sexual, financial, and overall well-being arising from participation in any Service.

6. Podcast, Media and Content Disclaimer

All podcast episodes, audio recordings, videos, interviews, social media content, written articles, newsletters, and other media produced or published by Liza Chuma Akunyili (collectively, “Media Content”) are provided for informational, educational, and general inspirational purposes only.

The Media Content:

• Does not constitute legal, medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or professional advice;
